Doboy Collator, Tray Loader, a Tray Former:

                                                                Doboy Model INFEED SEPARATOR COLLATOR, serial #90-12536. This collator has a 32 1/2" wide plastic conveyor that the product is fed onto at an elevation of 43 1/2". The product is then pushed into eight lane dividers. A pneumatic system slides a guard side to side to allow product to travel into a Doboy Model TP-25 Tray Loader, serial #90-12537. Formed trays are fed underneath the loading section from the Doboy Tray Former at a 38" infeed elevation. Six (6) chain driven arms push the product into the two trays that are side by side. The trays are lifted and pushed onto a Doboy Model CONVEYOR TRANSFER 1, serial #90-12550, 90-degree transfer conveyor. This conveyor has 10" wide tabletop conveyor that discharges at 42" from the floor. The conveyor is also equipped with a Reliance Electric Motor. Electrical requirements: 208-230/460-480 volt / 5 hp / 1 ph / 60 hz / 1725 rpm.

The former is currently set to form approx. 8 1/4" x 6 1/2" (L x W) tray. Overall size of the unit is 100" x 62" x 84" (L x W x H).
