This machine is a rotary table filler/sealer that has the following eight working stations:1) Cup destacker station (max. diameter of 125mm.), provided with cups dispenser and presence detector.2) Free station to use in the event of the installation of an additional dosing station.3) Mechanical volumetric filler, fully adjustable from 50 to 500 cc., with the possibility of hot or cold filling. Volumetric fillers can use different nozzles, according to the kind of product.4) Lid denesting device made of embossed aluminum, with mechanical movement of suction holder, complete with lid dispenser and presence detector.5) Thermo-sealing station provided with one (1) sealing head pneumatically driven, electronically timed and thermo-regulated, endowed with a safety system.6) Coder station that is mechanically driven, fitted for housing alpha-numerical type, with one (1) plug and dispenser for the special quick-drying ink.7) Free station8) Ejection station
