Ramsey Icore Flexure Medium-Duty Channelizer.

This Channelizer is designed to separate a single input high-speed processing
production line into several output channels. The bed of the channelizer is 30" wide
by 45" long with five (5) channels of separation on six-inch (6") centers. The channelizer
uses grip top plaques to transfer the product on the bed. The channelizer was previously
running 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" high cans weighing 7 1/2 ounces at a speed of 400 cans per minute.
The infeed to the channelizer is 39" from the floor. The discharge from the channelizer is
41 1/2" from the floor. This channelizer is equipped with non-powered roller transfer conveyor
for a discharge height of 38 1/2" from the floor. Electrical: 115 Volt / 60 Hz. / 1 Phase.
The electronics are located on the left-hand side of the machine, as you are looking downstream.
The machine is in excellent condition.
