Simplimatic Engineering Dual Case Drop Packer:

                                                                Simplimatic Engineering Dual Case Drop Packer. Model # DP-40. Manufactured in 1990. This unit is set for a 19"L x 9 1/2"W case. The packer loads two cases (front to back) at a time. The unit was last running 96 oz. plastic jugs of orange juice and has change parts for 64 oz. size jugs. The infeed is set for dual lane, plastic table top conveyor, stainless steel can track with mild steel outer frame, and pneumatic side shift and bottle stops. There are also two 5' sections of stainless steel infeed extensions available. This unit also has a dual lane case in-feed conveyor with no flap handling parts. The unit includes one extra screw divider and one extra set of inside rails. The unit is approximately 14'-6" long. There are dual operator platforms on each side of the packer. The unit includes an Allen-Bradley PLC 5/12. Program, electrical, and layout drawings are available. Electric: 460 volt, 2 hp, 3 phase.There are a total of 5 pieces to this system.
