Intech 3-Chain Pallet Conveyor
This 3-chain pallet conveyor is capable of transporting loads with no difficulty.  Each stick of conveyor is equipped with a motor and photoeye with optional variable speed drive and soft start.  The standard length for this conveyor is 5’, however if you need a specialty length, let us know.

Intech Shuttle Car Transfer System
The shuttle car is designed to transfer pallets of product from multiple pick-up locations and deliver to a single or multiple locations. The shuttle car in the photo featured 60 feet / minute travel speed with a distance of 50’ of travel.  It required the use of crane rail placed in the floor.  Your shuttle car can be engineered to run off of infrared lasers that measure the distance between each pick up or drop off point.  This ensures that the shuttle car travels in a straight line without having to utilize crane rail.

Intech Sweep-Style Pallet Dispenser with One-at-a-Time Ejector
Intech designed this pallet dispenser with the one-at-a-time ejector to speed up your palletizer.  This allows your system to build on pallet, one staged, and numerous pallets in the hopper.  This dispenser is only applicable when the top boards of the pallet are parallel to the direction of travel to prevent damage to pallets. In most applications, this system can be equipped with a low-level alarm (audible or visual) to warn the operator of a low quantity of pallets in the hopper.

Intech HCG Infeed
Intech designed this infeed to fit into certain applications where our customers have a tall, top-heavy product.  Hence, our High Center of Gravity infeed.  This infeed is equipped with a pacer/meter belt, product turn mechanism, and pusher section. With this infeed's ability to perform a pattern, we could speed up your existing palletizer depending upon your specific application parameters.  This infeed is available in multiple configurations.

Intech Product Turner
Intech designed this turner with the ability to turn your product 90/180/270/360-degrees in either direction required where all labels must be facing outward in a specific pattern while still maintaining speed requirements. The photo shows a product turner that was turning 2’ x 2’ and 2’ x 4’ bundles of ceiling tiles, double-stacked and weighing about 250 pounds.
