Advenced technology of film cutting and launch Zambelli's film cutting and launch technology is unique all over the world and it is applied to all speeds of Zambelli lines. In fact even a 35 ppm machine is equipped with the same technological systems as the faster models. The standard application of the same concepts and kinetic groups to all speed range machines ensures a first rate quality and innovation level.

MAN1 - MAN2 - MAN3
The MAN 1, MAN 2, MAN 3 adhesive handles laminators were designed specifically to be integrated into most shrink film wrapping machines ( single path, douvle path or triple path), for maufacturing and applying handles directly on the shrink film prior to wrapping. It includes an auto matic tape splicing system activated by photoelectric sensors that detect the end of the tape.

FA 15 - FA 35 Case Packer For flat cases (wrap-around)
Alternate motion carton packer fed by a conveyor belt of a slat chain conveyor posistioned inline or at 90 with the exit. Products are arranged in one or more rows on the conveyor, according the the packaging needs.
