Process Description

Product enters the RECEIVING HOPPER and dispenses for 30
minutes of uninterrupted feeding;
An ABRASIVE PEELER receives the product. A synchronicity
pneumatic system opens the hatch to unload the peeled product;
n INSPECTION SYSTEM where workers re-examine the defective
product (Optional);
An elevator SCREW carries and dispenses the product to the cutting
machine;
A CUTTING MACHINE cuts the food product into shoestrings or plain
or wavy slices;
A HYDRODYNAMIC WASHER receives the product for continuous
washing and starch extraction. It may be equipped to work with hot or
fresh water;
A CYLINDER BLANCHING for product thermic treatment(Optional);
A CONTINUOUS DRYER separates the product surfaced water before
entering the fryer;
A CONTINUOUS FRYER model fries the product with excellent results,
maximum thermic yield and quality;
A CONTINUOUS FLAVOR HOPPER drops salt over the processed
food product;
A CONTINUOUS COOLER at the end of the line cools the product
to pack.
Central switch board to operate and control the line. Automatic control
is available. Stainless steel construction. Easy clean up and
maintenance
