Batterer- breader
INCALFER's batter and breader models are ideally suited

variety of product such as chicken, beef, vegetables,
hamburgers,
mass, croquettes and breaded specialities.

Operation principle
Product is fed to a speed conveyor belt which carries
it to the batter
hood or to batter curtains. In this case, the model is
equipped with a
circulation pump. An air curtain removes liquid excess.
Food product is carried to a second belt which carries
it to be breaded
by a vertical screw recirculating system.
A press screw and an air curtain fix cover and remove
excess.
