The machine consists essentially of:

two pneumatic magazines with mechanical
pick-up facility

two closing heads, two continous duty feed
toothed units, two outfeed
conveyors.

The fully automatic cover cutting unit consists of:
- reel-holder with controlled preunwinding
-cutting die for shaping the covers
- shearing unit for separating the cut cover;

The covers are sorted by pick-and-place systems, i.e. while the cover
is on the left die, the cover is picked up for locating on the right die.
The machine is fully automatic, with constatnly accelerating cams,
ensuring highly efficient operation and long life.
The product exit point can be warmed to maintain food temperature
during packaging.

3 versions are available:
A) double lane machine with seamed covers
B) double lane machine with heat-sealed covers
C) double lane machine with plastic trays and covers

All the above versions are available with a single TA40 lane
